First Service Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Anabelle LaBakis to the position of Treasury Management Operations Specialist. Anabelle has been a dedicated member of the First Service Bank team for two years, previously serving as a Universal Banker, where she was responsible for conducting teller and cash vault transactions, managing bank products and services, and collaborating with the operations and sales team to achieve branch goals.
In her new role, Anabelle will promote and implement the bank’s treasury management products with commercial and small business customers. Her responsibilities will include fostering relationships with business customers across the state and helping them utilize First Service Bank's services to enhance the efficiency of their operations.
"I’m thrilled to continue fostering relationships with the business customers I met in Conway and to build new connections with our clients across the state," said Anabelle. "Engaging with customers has always been my favorite part of the job, and I’m excited that this passion will remain a key focus in my new role. With this position, I can help our business customers use our services to make their operations run more smoothly and confidently rely on FSB's products."
Anabelle, who is from Russellville, AR, and currently resides in Greenbrier, AR, is newly engaged to Hayes Johnson. They share a fur baby named Jax. She attended the University of Central Arkansas and obtained an associate’s degree in general arts. Anabelle is also an active member of the bank’s Hype Squad, bringing enthusiasm and positivity to her role.
Her favorite aspect of working at First Service Bank is the family-like atmosphere. "I love how First Service Bank is like a big family. They care about their associates and ensure you don't feel like a number. Some of my closest friends are my coworkers at FSB!" she shared.
Justin Zimmerman, VP of Retail Operations, expressed his confidence in Anabelle's abilities and the positive impact she will have in her new role. "Anabelle has demonstrated exceptional dedication and a passion for customer service in her previous roles. Her ability to connect with customers and her commitment to our bank's values make her an excellent fit for this new position.
