Brittni Adlong Promoted to Greenbrier Branch Manager at First Service Bank

First Service Bank is thrilled to announce the promotion of Brittni Adlong to Greenbrier Branch Manager. Brittni brings seven years of dedicated service to the bank, demonstrating exceptional leadership and a commitment to enhancing customer experiences.

In her previous role as Care Center Branch Manager, Brittni was instrumental in managing VTM transactions, setting up commercial online banking services, and overseeing mobile deposits and bill pay. Her new role as Greenbrier Branch Manager will see her responsibilities expand to include a broader range of tasks, such as mitigating operational risks, developing staff capabilities, and promoting financial wellness within the community.

"I started my journey with First Service Bank in a part-time drive-thru position, eventually moving up to lead teller and then assistant branch manager," said Brittni. "The small-town feel and family-like atmosphere at First Service Bank have been a huge part of my growth. I'm excited to take on this new role and reconnect with the customers I've known since the beginning."

Brittni, a native of Mount Vernon-Enola, Arkansas, now resides in Greenbrier with her husband, Justin, and their two-year-old daughter, Addison Kate. With her new position, Brittni looks forward to being more involved in the community, from attending ribbon cuttings to supporting the Panthers at Friday night football games as a proud representative of First Service Bank.

"Brittni's journey from starting with no banking experience to becoming Greenbrier Branch Manager is a testament to her dedication and the supportive environment at First Service Bank," said Brittany Witham, Vice President of Retail Operations.  "Her experience and deep understanding of our customers' needs make her the perfect fit for this role. We are confident that Brittni will continue to lead with the same passion and commitment she demonstrated throughout her time with us."

First Service Bank has a long-standing tradition of community involvement and is excited to see Brittni continue to foster these relationships in her new role. "Our kids will one day be a part of this community," Brittni said. "That's why First Service Bank invests time and money into making our schools and local businesses great."
