First Service Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Justin Ellzey to the position of Care Center Assistant Branch Manager. With two years of experience at First Service Bank as a Customer Care Specialist, Justin has demonstrated exceptional dedication in serving customers and assisting with various banking services.
In his new role, Justin will oversee VTM (Video Teller Machine) transactions, set up commercial online banking services, and manage mobile deposits and BillPay. A University of Central Arkansas graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Justin is excited to take on these new responsibilities and continue to make a difference in the community.
“I am thrilled to step into this new role and to expand my skill set while meeting new people,” said Justin. “This position will give me the opportunity to help the community in new ways, such as discussing how banking functions with local schools, getting young people involved in banking at an early age.”
Born and raised in Greenbrier, Justin feels deeply connected to the community.
