First Service Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Sierra Johnson to the role of Government Guaranteed Manager. Sierra has been with First Service Bank for over two and a half years, previously serving as a Government Guaranteed Loan Specialist, and has demonstrated a deep commitment to the bank’s mission and its customers.
In her new role, Sierra will provide leadership to the government guaranteed loan specialists and assistants, helping to foster a culture of collaboration and support. She will continue to play a vital role in assisting loan officers with SBA and FSA guaranteed loans, and will maintain strong relationships with government agencies to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.

Sierra brings over 9 years of banking experience to her new position. She began her career at First Interstate Bank in Helena, Montana, where she gained a wealth of experience in roles ranging from teller to retail manager. Her passion for supporting local agriculture and small businesses aligns perfectly with First Service Bank’s mission to provide exceptional service and community impact.
Outside of her professional life, Sierra is rooted in the community. She lives in Dolph, AR, with her husband of 10 years and their two daughters, Elsie (5) and Maisy (8). Sierra takes great pride in First Service Bank’s ongoing support of veterans through Operation Red, White, and Brave (ORWB), a cause that is personal to her, with both her grandfather and uncle having served in the Navy and her mother-in-law recently retired from the Army.
