First Service Bank is thrilled to announce the promotion of Ben Burrow to Branch Manager and Loan Officer for the new Saline County branch. With nearly four years of dedicated service at First Service Bank and nine years of banking experience, Ben has proven to be an invaluable asset to the team.
In his previous role as Assistant Branch Manager, Ben excelled in supporting branch operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering staff development. As Branch Manager, he will oversee all branch operations, supervise staff, manage financial reporting, and ensure compliance with bank and regulatory policies. In addition, he will assist with small business and consumer loans while developing strategies to grow the branch and strengthen relationships with the Saline County community.

Originally from Bryant and now residing in Shannon Hills, Ben and his wife, Kathryn, have been married for eight years. They have a three-year-old son, Jaxon, and are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their baby girl in March.
